    About: What I'd like to explore with you is who you are becoming. As an adult learning and development specialist and solution-focused practitioner, I'm curious about what empowers you to grow into your best self. My experience making multiple career transitions, working as a solopreneur, and designing learning experiences for Canadian and internationally-trained professionals has given me insight into the thrills and challenges of starting new chapters. As a coach, I can help you explore possibilities and move forward with clarity, self-compassion, and energy.

    About: As a career coach with an HR background, I focus on my passion to unlock people’s potential, one interaction at a time. From my various experiences in strategy consulting and tech startups, I learned that individuals are the most precious resources in organizations. I am confident you have the strengths to build your own path! Originally from France, I was trained at HEC Paris (MSc in Management) and Sorbonne (BA).   • Sharon Casey

    About: I have been learning about and using solution-focused practices since the 1990s. I have a background in teaching, crisis intervention, and individual coaching, as well as experience in suicide prevention and professional training. Since 2018, I’ve worked as a trainer and solution-focused coach in social services organizations and academic settings across Quebec. I’m also the Canadian representative for the Kids' Skills program from the Helsinki Brief Therapy Institute.

  • Book a one-on-one session with our coaches using the booking buttons above on our coach lineup.

  • We offer both in-person coaching and online coaching. For in-person sessions, it would depend on the coach’s availability and will only be available at our Toronto office at 47 Queen’s Park Cres E, Toronto. While online sessions will be conducted through Zoom.

  • We recommend a course of four weekly sessions and two follow-up meetings so that we can best assist you with navigating the exciting time before starting a new professional chapter. However, we offer flexible single-session bookings, so that you can customize your coaching program to suit your needs.

  • We offer a single session for CAD219 + HST. Payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit cards.

  • Yes we offer a discount to University of Toronto Alumni with a special interest in exploring a career transition. You can register through this link:
