Team Coaching Made Easy

This workshop provides practical and evidence-based interventions to enhance your team coaching practice from a community-oriented, relational perspective. We will explore the application of the DOQ (Dialogic Orientation Quadrant) model in complex coaching scenarios, such as working with families, cross-functional teams, and inter-organizational partnerships. Participants will learn how to generate a calibrated sense of purpose, progress, and priorities while emphasizing their team's resources, hopes, and strategies. This workshop will teach you how to elevate a team's culture and take them from "meh" to "heck yeah!"

You will learn to calibrate multiple voices to build collective elasticity while navigating power dynamics, uncomfortable topics, and the undertones of each team's unique subculture. The workshop will introduce in-depth examples and applications of multiple scales, team scales, and relational assessments. Walk away with practical tips and ideas that you can immediately implement in your practice.
